SASU..Sleep All Screwed Up

i didn't sleep at all last night

sleep now is at bst, inside out

trying to stay awake so ican go to sleep at early time and sleep through

living alone seems to make it much worse

even with dear puppy

insomnia went away when i lived with others

that is not a possibility on the horizon

i don't freak out on it...

i just feel it's wearing me down

maybe i could accept there's no escape atthis time

at least i wouldn't tear my self up over it

i hear you.
i don't have a discernible sleeping pattern.
i am awake at all hours
every three days the time i get to sleep changes.
i understand how disruptive this can be.

Hi there. I understand the sleep thing, it's so draining. I often wake within 10 mins of sleeping though fear.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. It's horrible...
