I realized this week that the smell of cigarettes triggers me.
To me, because of a person who smoked hurting me verbally, physically and emotionally most of my life,
It is the smell of "meanness".
I cannot bear it.
I told him once that what he did was "abuse". I used that word as label.
I was immediately and permanently rejected and threatened with lawsuit if I ever contact him again.
He did me a favor, and I will honor his wishes. No more need to try to please someone who will never be pleased with me.
Who called me names, kicked and hit me, and is a nasty old man working on ruining his third marriage with his abusive temper.
Goodbye Daddy. Not sure how you could possibly sue me for you being so mean, but...
The air is cleaner where I am, now.
