Oooo, I can’t have just one happy word.
SPARKLE is on my list too!

Another one for today is AUTHENTIC.

Our authentic selves are beautiful and awesome and fabulous. I’m convinced of the truth in that!

Now to just find the authentic self underneath all those impossible brambles and thorny branches.

Oh, yes! I can't begin to tell how much I value authenticity. Excellent choice, Progress!

Chocolate

Because my motto is: Chocolate makes everything better.
My shoulders aren't big enough to carry the blame for the problems of the whole world, so, today I give myself permission to stop trying.

WATERFALLS

i'm a mountain girl,
scars
A scar is the tattoo of a triumph to be proud of. It says the hurt is over and the wound is closed. It means you conquered the pain, learned a lesson, grew stronger, and moved forward. There is a beauty in my scars that I can see now.

Grandchildren

I just love each and every one of them so much! People always tell me that I light up whenever I'm around any of my grandchildren 😊
You will forever be in my heart...

Bicycle.

I never feel so free as I do when I’m riding my bike. Some of my best childhood memories are of riding my bike. It was probably stupid and dangerous, but I used to ride to a place that had the highest hills in our flat area and pedal to the top then turn around and start down, letting go of the handlebars, looking up at the sky with my arms spread wide, and feeling like I was flying. Then I’d turn around, go back up, and do it again and again. I still love letting go of the handlebars! It never gets old and thankfully, as of two weeks ago, I am still not too old to do it!
