Favourite quotes

Post by Remedy »

Isn't it just great when certain words 'click' right into mind and you feel hope that one day it will all make sense?

Recently I stumbled across this one:

"Words are in my not-so-humble opinion our most inexhaustible source of magic, capable of both inflicting injury and remedying it." Albus Dumbledore

Heartened by it because new words lead to new meanings, new neural pathways and rewiring those negative beliefs that were instilled in me as a child.

Thought I might add it as part of my signature

I don't know if there's already a similar thread running, sorry if I'm duplicating, it would be great to hear of any quotes that ring true for others here.

Thanks,
Remedy

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" Lao Tzu

This quote always helps me when I feel overwhelmed.
Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul - and sings the tunes without the words - and never stops at all.
