Mid-morning in December
Trees still green
Inside and outside the house
Refusing decoration

Naked greens against greys
Inside and outside the house
Fiercely claiming truths
Faithfully insisting

Inside and outside the house
Droplets fall, persistently
Cleansing barren landscapes
Negating deception

Refusing decoration-- I love this line.
All women are beautiful. Period.
I deserve better than survival.
