Has been better after that grief peak in the mountain range of emotion, memory, release.
Tonight when bro called I kept ahold of emotions. Didn’t allow the anger to bubble up. 1) the anger’s nothing new. 2) my brother has been there for me as he could through so much. Always telling me I ‘will’ get there. 3) the anger wipes me out. I need my energy for lots.

Project is still moving ahead. It definitely helps to have a focus when I know I’ll be alone all night.
Met with new rehab counselor. She’s ok. She was understanding when I was saying what things, especially bad therapy, hurt my life. I have ‘assignments’ and am getting to them.

Got membership to Y. Would like to try the therapy pool soon.

Warmer here today, so nice in the 40s. Dog loved her romp.

Fleur hasn't been here to post to and from for a while. Am concerned, but also wonder if she started EMDR inpatient treatment.

Facing many changes, challenges, rude kids in one class that I have difficulty not stressing over.
Feel like passivity of survival mode is back, or maybe it's from having a cold.
Will have to police class more on Monday. Oh, joy.
Other class is a joy lately. Gotta think of that.

I feel concerned about Fleur’s Absence also.
One of the great things about being here is there’s no pressure when you’re not up to it.
However I find myself thinking about people here quite a bit when they are suddenly not here.

Did the more difficult class happen yet?
If so I hope it felt manageable enough.
