a friend sent me an unexpected gift. so very lovely and thoughtful, and it helped me to look after myself a bit better today. feeling very grateful.

that there are good people who can and will love us, in good and healthy ways.

I received such a gift myself. Yes, there are healthy people who can and will love us. So happy to hear the gift helped you take better care of yourself. That's the sceret to success I think, learning to care for and love ourselves; and being able to accept care and love from others.
