I followed a Trauma-integrated Yoga healer's Instagram and she had some great links on it. One of them was to these Self-Care Kits: "I am healing", "I am loved", "I am grounded".

To find these on the web, enter this search string into Google, etc: "embody create heal myshopify". Then go to "Gift Boxes".
