This is an Inatant pot one.

Creamy Italian chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup roasted red peppers
1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon basil pesto
For extra creamy add cream cheese

Instructions
Add chicken, broth, garlic, and seasonings to instant pot.
Put on lid and set to manual high for 8 minutes. When it's done let naturally depressurize for 5 minutes then do a quick release

Scoop out chicken and turn instant pot to saute. Add the other ingredients and wisk together. When properly mixed add chicken

Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes

We play with the recipe a lot, we add other veggies sometimes, I've served over cooked cabbage. Ive doubled the sauce so there is more. We like to add the cream cheese if we have it. We've just made the sauce without chicken. It's a very flexible meal. And one of my kids favorites.

Oh yum...I used to make banana boats when camping where we did the same thing only we put it in foil and added marshmallows too. And then popped it on the fire for a few.

Oh wow coconuts you fired up the way back machine with "banana boat". I remember making those too. Try this microwave version. It is amazingly satisfying for that one little bit of sweet.

Coconuts do you know if that recipe would work in a normal slow cooker or would it be better to make the sauce on the stove as don't have an instant pot.

Harmony will have to try yours

Pixies flatbread
3 1/3 cups flour (self rising is best)
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons water
Olive oil to brush onto bread before cooking optional ( or what ever fat/oil you have on hand)
Mix by hand yogurt and flour or with dough hook. If dry add 1 tablespoon water add second one if needed.

Divide roll and shape bread. 10 pieces, 1/3 inch thick, 6 inches across.

Cook on high heat on griddle. 2 mins per side.

calico beans

Four cans of pork and beans
Two cans of kidney beans (drain and rinse)
3 cans white northern or butter beans, drained and rinsed (I used white beans)
Two large cans Bush's baked beans
Two pounds hamburger (cooked, drained and rinsed free of grease)
Pound of bacon cut up & cooked (seared off)
Box and a half of brown sugar (about 3 1/3 cups-1- one pound box has 2-1/3 cups)
3/4 cup sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
Two large red onions diced (cook with burger or bacon)

Cook overnight in crockpot on low
