I would say true because there really are a lot of blood vessels in the human body, so that seems plausible in theory, but it would be impossible to actually achieve. They branch and are terribly delicate. The logistics would be a nightmare.

As a blanket statement it's false.

As with a lot of mammals, including Humans, adults are likely to develope some degree of lactose intolerance, but they are by no means all lactose intolerant. Since your cat can't tell you if milk is making them nauseous or bloated it is best to avoid giving it to them.
