Just started listening to a band I discovered a while ago but never listened to until yesterday...
The band is called 'Once Human'. Check out the songs 'Eye of Chaos' and 'Dark Matter'. The vocalist Lauren Hart is amazing!

I love music, I love the purity of it and the emotions it can invoke, it seems to talk a hold of me and allow feelings to flow.

I use it alot with my students too. To help them feel heard and less alone in the world.

A major one for me that made me realise maybe I'm not doing as well as I think. Then whole album is like a story.

There is a special song by a lovely Australian songstress/songwriter called Delta Goodrem, "Butterfly".

When I hear it, I like to think that I'm conversing with myself or with my inner child. I haven't gotten the hang of it yet, but... I wanted to share this for inspiration! It's lighthearted, kind, and tender. How beautiful is it!?
