I just read the following and burst out laughing as I recognized
the truth of it: "Try to see that ill-will is an AFFLICTION you have so you
can drop it."
Of course,I am NOT thinking this applies to any of our past
abuse,but for the present in everyday resentments,irritations,etc.
Imagine you go to the doc and he asks what the problem is,and you
start saying," Well, it's this AFFLICTION I have doc" Ho!ho!ho!
