Thanks Fleur for the info! I listened to her first one......it was very interesting and helpful. She decided to take dance classes and worked on changing her thinking to become her authentic self. I want to listen to the one about ptsd and animal therapy next.

Was confused about differences between PTSD and C-PTSD
The C is for complex
In other words, fits trauma that is not single occasion
