Spiders and a narc

Sitting high in the garage
I find myself truly
alone for the first time today.

Woke up alone in bed, spoke to one man at the car wash,
was in the garage alone putting things away and cleaning up,
and the voices/voice started receding.

Being alone is so magnificent! I'm so avoidant.
and invaded

The garage. I look around, see my normal mess.
Was stacking boxes way up,
and saw all the dust and yes, spider webs. (even spiders!)

Feeling the mask/shield/husk slip off
and being this better kind of person.
just working in the heat.

My narc is phobic of spiders,
was chased/abused by her father
to the point of damage.

She has been in the garage a total of
5 times in 4 years. Total time, less than
5 minutes.

I'm relaxed and at peace with my own personal space
that I share with the spiders,
there is very little of my wife in here.
