You know, your post made me remember something....
I used to have a specific song that I would sing whenever anything was happening that wasn't truly satisfactory in my life. It would allow me to stop focusing on the present situation for a moment and that brief moment allowed me time to step away and recompose myself in a better frame of mind, even if just temporarily.
I have decided to spend the rest of the day in search of another song that I will begin to use. It worked well for me last time and I'm not quite sure why I ever quit. I would use the same song, however I feel that song was suited for that time and now need a song for the present time.
