Greetings Friends,
For many,many years,off and on I would have back pain which I just
endured;then couple days ago,and today,the penny dropped. I was LEANING forward
about 4inches off the vertical,which meant my back had to compensate,thus the pain.
Becausseee,dear m+f would scream at me:"You fuckin hurry up,ya bastard!".
That was daily,every,single,day. I was so terrified of them,so utterly terrified.
God,I feel such compassion for little me,he suffered so much and was so alone with
those 2 lunatics--correction,2 STUPID lunatics!
So now,I'll have to re-teach myself how
to stand and walk properly,vertically.I've been trying it tonight in kitchen--no wonder
I used to say to self,after cooking,or doing dishes,"Don't know how I keep getting sore
back when come out of there". Jesus,talk about awareness! All my weight was on the
BALLS of the feet,when should have been on HEELS!

sounds great that you've discovered this about your posture. I am learning to pull my neck back in, because I hyperextend it all the time.

It's so strange how the most profound hurts can hide in plain sight. Locked into our bodies, our very being. Such amazing work to recognize this now, finally addressing this lifetime of pain.

For me though I feel a little selfish, its just wonderful to see your name.
