Hi there,

Nice to read from you.

Forging ahead with creativity sounds positive. Do you mean that in a literal artwork sense or in another way perhaps?

Joining you with the beautiful intention of trying to keep things together, along with loving myself and others.

Hugs if ok,

CT

thanks so much, recover and Couragetoday,
recover, thank you for saying you have faith in me. That is so good to read.

Ct,
yes, I'm working on some art work. I'm learning a drawing and painting application online. I've done some photoshop and illustrator with classes.
Thanks for your interest.

Keeping it together---daily meditation, letting go of reaction to triggers as much as possible, setting and meeting achievable goals in different life areas.

Paid a bill online for eye exam---done
Need to phone a hospital financial aid office again
need to phone Soc Sec benefits specialist because they never reached me

Think I will go put my feet up the wall, focus on breath.
Thanks so much, anyone, for reading.

Thanks so much for saying that there I appreciate it. I don't feel good about myself and haven't for quite some time so that is nice to hear.

I feel like we are fellow travelers on this hard journey of building a life. You inspire me.

Recover,
'I feel like we are fellow travelers on this hard journey of building a life.' Thank you for saying that. I work hard to stay as constructive as I can. Somewhere I read, 'Life is tough. Wear hard hat.' Humor can help.

Courage today,
The artwork has a learning curve, but I'm discovering so many Interesting drawing and painting effects! Goal to keep doing up to two hours a day to finish my project.

Today's keeping it together strategies:
Mantra meditation, Energy routine, chi gong healing sounds----done.

it's coming up on eight months of almost daily 11-minute mantra meditation. I may have missed 2-3 days in all of this. Wow! How's that for commitment!

Started a new free/donation Chi gong instruction practice online. They also offer certification in 12 week courses per topic for free/donation. Contemplating doing the first level one. Next one starts April 22.

Maybe I need to let myself off the hook from all of the internalized blame. Much of it is based on lies I had to believe to survive.

It's a beautiful sunny day, about 50°, and I need to be planning the rest of this day.

Thank you for reading.
