coconuts, thanks again for holding me accountable just starting acupuncture treatments. I'll have my fourth treatment on Tuesday. Today, the plantar fasciitis on the soles of my feet is better! I am supplementing acupuncture with doing a little bit of acupressure specially for my elbow and arm pain.

reisha, your creativity, self-awareness, strength, and boundless humor always inspire me. 'add a girl' back atcha! I'm picturing you replacing to-do's with ta-dah's!

I recently got rewarded for delaying dealing with financial tax stuff. I delayed it so long that it somehow fixed itself!
Now that’s going to be wired in my brain that procrastinating money stuff is a good thing, LOL.
But seriously-there are some other things I need to get a MoveOn. Thanks for your post. Maybe I will tackle it on Tuesday.

We were talkin bout healers, doula, etc - i just found a friend who lives kinda in yer necka the whirl just her DEATH doula degree!! I was ignorant. Only knew as doulas for birth. But duh! Makes sense! I sure couldna do it. But her healing allows for it.
