Ahh Joy,

So much needed.

When I seek joy I almost always start cooking in the kitchen. I love the smell of something being made in the oven or stove. It brings me into the moment. It nourishes more than just my tummy. Well that too... I like sharing what I make with others. I like doing things I have never cooked before. Chocolate always smells extra yum.

A warm shower makes me feel good and relaxed and present.

A really good deep honest laugh works wonders too.

I love your joy, Jitterbug, Harmony!

When I see autumn leaves, wet on the sidewalk after a rain, it gives me joy.

So does watching goslings grow from those little yellow green fuzzy babies into 'teenagers', still following the parent geese around.

Watching my dog twitch in her sleep---so cute.
