Shirley, thank you for finding this thread. I really needed to read this again.

My girl has had a rough 3 years since I wrote that first post, but I hope she can look back one day and see that I have tried to be with her at every turn of her journey. I am currently living far away from her and feeling the distance in a massive way. We text every day and talk every other day, for which I am thankful. My amazing girl is going to be ok. I know it.

My daughter has some massive personal struggles. Trying so desperately to get her the help she needs. I will be telling her the exact words you originally posted here as soon as she is out of the shower. And to her twin brother as well. Thank you for sharing this.

Hoping your beautiful daughter finds her way and will be ok. She’s got an amazing Mom offering tons of love and support.
