a good day

Post by anneofgreengables »

today was a good day:

I accepted that intense grieving is normal and necessary, and I'm letting myself cry as much as I want. I've decided to respect my souls need to express sorrow.

I'm going to try running daily and using it to replace SH. I live across from a park, so when the emotions build up, I'll run and run - rather than harm myself. it's the plan anyway.

I told myself that I was doing a good job. I am a warrior.
