It's been two weeks now since my last T appt.
I decided to step back from T for a bit again to go it on my own.
If something comes up she's just a phone call or email away.
I'm utilizing the skills I've been learning in the past year.
And it seems to be working for me.
Things are stable right now. And I'm learning to be ok with things being stable and ok.
It's a huge step for me but one I'm proud of taking.
Thanks for the forum for sharing the little successes.

I'm doing ok!
I think having this place to come to online is a big help in me able to "go it alone." I'm not really going it alone.
