I am brand new to isurvive and to a support group. I wont post much of my backstory here but I've been in therapy for years and recently started EMDR which is kicking up a lot of stuff for me that is hard to deal with. I know I'm not alone but sometimes healing feels like a long, lonely road. Glad I found this space.
Glad to meet you here. I will say there are a lot of helping professionals amongst our membership. If you are indeed a nurse you will be among colleagues and fellow healing healers.
