going to local psych ward. soon as they call me. Been crying for days over a memory thaat Ive been working on for a bit.Councling sessions to short and not close enough together. Im frustrated that I cant let this go. Listoning to stuff like seether and linken park and chris cornell. Which probably isnt the best but the all dealt wwith disfunctional family issuse and abuse. Some didnt make it. I dont want to be one of them. Need positive stuff.
