I know that is a hard notion to hold onto, when in pain... but it is true.

Dear Dewdrop,

I am living proof that people can change and grow and learn to heal their abuse. I surely am not perfect. Still I am so much more happy, authentic and present than when I began this journey. That is what I call better. It is worth it. That is why I volunteer here.
