I'm sitting with you at this time when not everything feels ok.
It doesn't feel ok to me most of the time.
I try to remember what my T tells me, feelings are just feelings. Sometimes that helps and sometimes it doesn't.
I do know that those feelings, whether helpful or not, will come and go.
