Hi All

I used to come here ever day and sometimes more than once
This is an amazing site
Very friendly
Very welcoming
And very supportive

Time has passed and I can proudly say
I am in a much better place than I was a year ago
The support I have received from here and in 3d have been amazing

I have met my best friend in the world on this site which has been fantastic
And so helpful in many ways,( love you buddy )

I know I can't change that past , although I whished I could....
But I have started to process the passed and be able to mostly stay grounded
Which is always good

I am about to start a new little challenge for my self
Which is learning reiki
It is something I have always been interested in but never investigated it
I know I need to heal my self first before giving to other but it will all come
But I feel I am ready at the moment to help heal other
It is just the best feeling knowing that you have helped other
As you all know by the support you all give here to everbody xxx

I just really wanted to pop in and say hi to you all

And remember when you are in that dark place
There is light at the end, I once thought I would never feel stronger or have good days but it will come to us all

Please all stay positive
Be kind to your self . that is so important

Not to take away from fear, but everything will be ok, one way or another.
Yesterday had moments of consumed by fear, felt it wouldn't pass.
Today, things are not perfect, but I am ok.
So....yes....everything will be ok. Please hang in there till the okayness arrives.
