A nervous hello

Hi everyone. I found isurvive last night and I read lots of the open posts before becoming a member. I felt relieved to see so many stories similar to my own, because being a survivor of CSA and EA has been so isolating for me.

I've been in therapy for a few years but felt the need for a wider support network. I've been having more flashbacks and nightmares than usual recently so just trying everything I can to help myself deal with them. I've never been part of any online forum before so I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm hoping taking to risk to be part of this community will pay off for me.

I'm also someone who spends most of my time and energy making sure others are ok, so I'd like to work on receiving support a bit more.
