Hi everyone,
I've just joined, I need somewhere I feel I can belong with people who understand me and how the world feels. I don't want to be alone anymore.
I'm a survivor of child sexual abuse with cptsd and chronic disacociation, but I feel like I have collected all the things over the years. I have over 20 year of disacociation and it was not even a year ago now that the light switched on and that door opened filling me with all my brain had done to keep me surviving. I'm done being in survival mode I just want to live and be heard for all that is me, even if I have no idea what that really is. All I kmow is I can't run no more.

Welcome! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m so sorry you endured such an unfair childhood. Dissociation is something a lot of us deal with here. It was necessary when we were kids, but when we grow up we see how problematic it can be. Just know you have us here. We care and will sit with you and support you!
