Just wanted to introduce myself

Hi,
I've felt like the black sheep so that's the name I'm going by. I am the result of narcissistic parents and childhood molestation by a family member. Although it's been over 40 years, I'm still dealing with the issues and wondering why me. I broke off contact with my parents and sister a few years ago, tired of being used and not appreciated/ loved for who I am. I recently began therapy again. My therapist suggested a support group, and I found you all.
