I picked this up and I can't believe it applies so much to me. I highly recommend it but not as your first book on support to read.
It covers so much, has so much information that is mind blowing. It is VERY intense.
It's geared towards women. (I think men would get help from it too. But that's my opinion)
I actually ordered a couple more paperbacks from Amazon to give away for friends and my therapist.
