Hello from "struggling"

Hi! I haven't been back for a long while. But this has always been a place where I feel safe when things get hard. I have worked through a lot, but sometimes my memories get the better of me. Which of course usually happens in the middle of the night (earlier morning) when I'm embarrassed to call anyone for help. So, here I am.
Strangely, I feel shy to start again in a new environment with a lot of new people to get used to, but this is one place where I have never felt afraid to say the truth and to share.

I am glad you came to where you feel safe. I wanted to let you know that I am listening and sending you support, especially as you are experiencing struggles. You are not alone.
