Missing: A friend
who made me laugh
who made me bow my head and close my eyes with tears of sadness.
who made me see myself in an honest light,
who made me, ---wait---, another friend is missing.

This is grief of cosmic fire, another one gone.
In remembrance I am, for these dear souls
who I pray linger on,

I have known throughout my life
when I have met souls who touched me
(deep as any knife),
I will carry you with me in love and strife.
