Yeah after that day I reread the thoughts and some really were just noises that need to smothered out with a pen...in order for me to fully process compassion.

Talking about my thoughts with T and I realized that's no how I feel...it was more of a way to bring self harm and self hatred upon myself. I don't think of my family members that way and I'm happy I could see the underlings of what the thoughts mean.... They mean that I'm a fighter, that I won't even let myself tear myself down. I won't every cross that line... I'm not like those people who have blurred their mind of what is right or wrong.

I thank my T for helping to break down and process my thoughts .
