Small incident,big lesson

Greetings Friends,
Had occasion to assert myself in bank,which was going OK till girl asked
me question about some detail I could not remember. So struggled on and then remembered
detail (delayed action) and that was thing taken care of. . . . . . .But,as was going home on
bus,started to feel a bit down for no reason (no reason?) . . . . . .well,no reason except for
guilt at not doing things PERFECTLY! . . . . .Yes,you guessed it,dear ol' m+f poison messages
trying to make me feel way I felt when a child and they were screaming at me to "do it
f---in right!!!! ya b---ard!!! ... . . .needless to say,I put middle finger up when got in house,
and said "Piss off!" I was doing that for years and didn't know why,its only recently I became
aware of it. IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH!

Angering and grieving... It's so difficult to capture those inner critics and put them in their place! You done good. You recognized it in the moment it was happening and you said, "No, f- you, you're not a part of me, you're just rotten leftovers!"
