I hear ya. Just something I tell myself when I feel like I'm being sucked into a black hole (sometimes of my own creation).

I hope you're feeling some better since that and maybe venturing out of isolation soon.

dinna know bout the skin cancer - yikes! gla to read its been addressed. - im dealin w/ similar, go for biopsy later next moth. thank ya so much for asnwerin my question bout ... moving/setting in- it seems that ya & i are on .... similar tracks atm - i can SOOOOOO relate!!!! - what struck me in yer orig comment bout this - (or, maybe it was *my* stuff/take) - was ... an element of .... (dunno how to say) - it goes ... deeper(?) ....wonkier(?) ... other(!) than it has b4 - theres ... a qual to it (in my case) thats ... diff/unique than ever b4 - anxiety producing. not sure if its about ... decrepitude/aging stuff, or .... depression @ <--that - i wish i could explain/ID it better.
