continued from above...

JC-'the man in black'...My birthday is same as his.

I'm prone to being helpful. Partly cuz I've had so many volunteer jobs throughout the disability. Partly it's cuz I want to contribute to society. And I know what cruelty is so try to show compassion to others. And I'm lonelier without seeing S very much. And I was raised to be a helper, be supportive and was undermined from shining on my own. 'No good deed goes unpunished'?

Being 'forgetful' is a symptom of PTSD I have, too. And it hurts more when anybody insults miming after the emotional and verbal abuse I've survived with diagnoses and mean doctors, 'friends'.

A lesson in this is to think more of myself and staying organized for my own good. And the meanness is theirs, not mine.

I don't hate people. I hate this 'society'. My brother says I'm way ahead of it.

Took Tula for nice walk today to 2 different areas. The2nd one was by train station and lovely park area by river and marina. Beautiful trees in bloom, lush green grass, marshy banks on river. She chased 2 jack rabbits. What a happy faced dog!

Dear there

Please continue being a glowing lamp in your part of the world - "society" needs more people like you who are friendly, helpful (even more so when unaware IMO)

A rabbit on a leash sounds amazing. Glad Tula chased a couple of wild ones. Can imagine she'd be happy. Nice to know spring is arriving in your district. We have some autumnal colours and already a few totally bare trees

Wishing you and Tula a beautiful week

Much caring

there,
Give Tula a woof and a pat for me (returning her love on another post). :)

How did things go today with the general public?
The acquaintances in your life?
The inner conversation you hear?

I hope they are all positive and build the happiness you deserve.

Thank you for checking in on me so often,

<3

ws,
Thank you for caring.
I am pondering your questions and will reply later today. :)

Am signing up for the Yoga Nidra training. Yoga Nidra is a guided imagery practice performed to bring total rest to the body. I'll be learning to lead others by speaking them through scripts. I'll learn to create scripts. The training will certify me in this.

I already have done yoga Nidra for a few people last year. It's interesting to me. Yoga Nidra has good effects on trauma, too.

Had 1st appt. with vocational rehab counselor. It was mostly paperwork, but I do like her.

Eating my bfast-oatmeal with cinnamon and grated fresh ginger.

Looks like a beautiful spring day.

there,
I think it's really neat that you will be trained in something you love to do and is helpful to both you and the people you'll teach.
Win-win!
I admire your determination to keep moving forward.

ws, let's hope I can follow through on it after the training. Not so easy. Sometimes I have some confidence. Sometimes not so much.

I am so pissed at chiropractor. I am so pissed at hair stylist.

I have messaged T through patient portal that I need to talk to her about some things in our sessions. I said it wasn't easy to bring up. I also thanked her for everything. She does triggering stuff.

Want say here what chiropractor did. I've been seeing him a long time. Will later. Want to go back to sleep for a year. Am pissed.

Hi there,

I hope the training goes well.

Sounds not good with the T, re:triggering. Glad it sounds like you are addressing this.

Hearing your anger in regard to chiropractor and hair stylist.

So nice to see all the green, and flowering trees/spring flowers. What I enjoy just as much, are the scents and the feeling of warm sunshine and the sounds of birds chirping and leaves periodically blowing with the breezes.

It feels good to be here with you. Reading along.

Much caring,

Dewdrop
