Yes, eating is more or less normal again, hoping to put a little weight back on.

Any pocket riders welcome. I would love the company.

Hi there,

So sorry about your flu. I've just beat a cold. I'm stocking up on elderberry products.

I hope you can continue to improve.

Oh glad you are starting to feel better.

Hopefully you'll be able to keep getting better and gaining strength.

Sending some good immune strengthening foods to help build strength. I make a delicious orange julius. Dairy free if you need.

Happy to come along in your pocket, there.

Hope you can build your strength and that the weight comes, as well.

Are you getting out a bit or still weathering things indoors?

Hope some sunshine visits you, literally and figuratively!

Oh, thanks, dancingfish, EasyStreet,coconuts, Watercolor,
So lucky to have such lovely friends here,
Cookies? Yum, crunch. Thanks, df!
ES, echinacea is what I have had on hand. Helps!
coconuts, immune-building foods...good idea! I have miso.
Watercolor, Yesterdday was sunny and I went to work. Glad I did. It was really good. We made Valentines.

Was up and out of bed at 7:30. Had a bagel (gluten free), with hummus. Did some digital art, watching YouTube reruns of Emily of New Moon. I love that story. Then fell asleep for a while, thankfully. Need the rest.

I’m mostly better today. But kinda tired still, slight cough.

Deep breath. Need a freaking break!!!!!!!

Hope your fatigue and cough will ease soon, there. And that you can have the kind of break you need.

Smiling to hear about your good time at work and the Valentines. And that you managed to stir out of bed so early.

I bought some miso yesterday but need to figure out what to do with it. I had a friend up north who made soup out of it almost constantly. Glad to hear it does a body good.

Hope the rest of your afternoon and eve flow well and that you'll have sound, restorative sleep tonight.

Oh, Watercolor,
Grateful for your words.
Stir crazy, and idk.

Made turkey sausage and pepper and onions on bagel.
Finished the leftover just now.

Getting soooo coooold tomorrow.

Haven’t done mantra meditation today yet.
Might make me feel a little better.

Sounds like you are really recovering. It seems like when I get it bad the date cough lingers forever. In the end it seems like you spend a whole month sick. Hopefully it fades quickly.

Sounds like you are doing a lot to self care. Yay you. Hoped you get out and walk soon and the weather cooperates.

coconuts,
Yep, getting better.
Freaking cold, whistling wind today. Supposed to warm up by tomorrow afternoon.
Reminds me to take echinacea.

Miso can be stirred into hot water, dissolved, for a hot broth. Can be used in salad dressing, too.

Want to finish digital drawing. Going to celebrate 🎉 that.

Heating up an Amy’s gf df Mac n Cheese for lunch.

Kinda lonesome. Sigh.
