Thank you very much GrowingTree, there

Ate a LOT today - cooked breakfast, big lunch, 2 course dinner

Went to a group where we each agreed that underlying trauma is behind symptoms of MH issues

I was annoyed to be pulled out of the group just as we were getting to the positive part. My blood pressure is low and I'm anaemic - yes, so....?! Pdoc visited today, be back Thursday

Bit surprised at invective directed by one patient towards another. Seemed to settle but uncomfortable

Am grateful for the respite from facing the world

Wishing you both very well

It's good to hear you're able to have many meals in a day, Fleur! Plentiful and nutritious food can be quite beneficial all round I find. :)

Sounds annoying that they pulled you out of the group though, isn't that a bit jarring? Would it be possible to ask them not to do that perhaps? Just a thought, I think I'd be annoyed at it so am harrumphing on your behalf. Hope they manage any animosity between other people in the group there though, seems like something that isn't too useful for anyone.

I am glad too that you're able to find rest and respite there. :) Hopefully sleep without sudden or loud noises, worries of the world tucked away for a while, and just able to focus on care and peace as you wish. Thinking of you, hoping that you continue to find what you need there. :)

Sounds like a mostly positive experience this far. Too bad about pulling you from group early. That's definitely frustrating.

I have low blood pressure as well. Anemia though, I hope they can help with that. It wipes you out and makes you extra tired and more susceptible to illness. Something like that can certainly make mental health harder to battle with. When I'm depressed it's hard enough getting out of bed let alone when there's a health problem making it worse.

So glad you had so many great meals and hoping it continues. Also hoping for lots of wonderful sleep.

Fleur,

Grateful also for the moments of respite and reprieve you are having.

Hello coconuts, Dancingfish, Couragetoday

Lovely to read from you

Been a lazy day. Slept poorly so catching up now

Very cold outside but warm in room

Plan discharge on Sunday. See if pdoc agrees tomorrow

Thanks again
