One happy moment, every day

Post by Diver » Mon Jan 18, 2016 12:57 am

I had more than one happy moment today. I smiled a lot. I felt loved.

i'm trying to write more positive things in my journal and would like to do so here as well. Journaling is great to get bad thoughts out but I need to pay more attention to the good things. Anyone else is welcome to share a happy moment from their day or week.

Fabulous thread idea.

Happy moment: feeling accepted in the presence of another person.

Loving this Diver. How astute of you to bring to our attention that, even in the mire, positivity is always lurking.
Thanks so much for the reminder. Will return at the end of my day ;)

I am happy every time I make a post and I change it to NT!! =)

I was happy when my husband came to my aid this morning (bad news I fell down the stairs, but I'm ok!)
and he was very comforting later during a panic attack.

My son's behavior is challenging us but my husband and I are starting to work together a little more, seeing a little improvement.

Played with son and did a puzzle, didn't finish, but I was proud of myself for fulfilling the promise of spending time with him. He was happy.

Feeling really happy that everybody likes this thread!!!

Was able to calm down after very intense session today, and I wasn't sure that was possible.
Yay!
