Hi

I’m new here and trying to find my way around on the site. I have read so many stories that are similar to mine and I’m hoping to find strength and help. I’m not ready to share my story just yet. I’m currently in therapy and have been for the past 9 months. I had repressed a lot of my childhood and it’s all coming back now. I’m 45 yrs old and my story began at 5. I’ve been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My life is a constant struggle right now. I don’t sleep because of recurring dreams and flashbacks. I don’t leave the house very much because of the anxiety and frequent panic attacks. Thanks for accepting me

I am sad to hear you are suffering and glad to see you found this place. I am new here too and I've found the people to be warm and welcoming.

Being the hermit that I've been for many years, I am just now beginning again to interact with people. It feels good:) and I feel this is a safe place to do so.
