New here saying hello

I just joined. I started counseling 2 yrs ago for eating/ relationship issues. My counselor specializes in eating disorders, addiction and trauma recovery. A few months ago I finally acknowledged there was a csa history. I just turned 40, have been with husband 18 years. For our purposes I’m going to say there was “small csa” by one person and a “big csa” by a second. Husband doesn’t know details but he knows vaguely about the small csa but nothing of the big one. He is my closet relationship , I have girlfriends but none I would ever talk to about this, more movie, dinner,couples game night kind of friends. Anyways this is a long winded way of saying starting to talk in counseling has left a very lonely, isolating feeling. I know I’m not the only one so I joined here for support.
