Hello

Post by BrOkEnMiNd »

Hello
Just a little into so you can get to know me a little bit I’m 38 years old I have 2 nonbiological children and 3 grandchildren. My wife is a bit older than me so that may raise a few eyebrows when I tell you I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I have been in a verbally and emotionally abusive relationship now with my wife going on 15 years. Two years ago, my son was arrested for assaulting me and my daughter last summer hit me and tried to choke me and is very verbally abusive and so is her husband. I have a lot more to say but I’m going to use a little wisdom before opening up completely here.

Thanks for listening

Hope following will help: When we were children we learned things very well;and one
of the things we learned EXTREMELY WELL,was, 'how to be abused'.Now your job is to
UNlearn that,by studying Self-Esteem and Assertiveness, there are loads of books on
these subjects,so please help self and seek them out. The other BIG thing is to learn
the R word . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .RESPONSIBILITY! I am NOT preaching,it frightened
the bloody life out of me when I learned it is ME who is responsible for MY life.
Put it another way,by doing so,you take your power BACK into your own hands.
Deepest Respect,
jimscarlet
