Hi, I'm new here. Long story short i was abused until I was 18 and moved out. I started therapy on and off at 20, and 2 years later I don't feel like I have made any progress so here I am. I know that it will be a long road but I want to get better and live a life that isn't dictated by depression and ptsd. Here's to recovery!

hello bonnie welcome ..you are on the road to recovery and you are healing and you're doing one of the best things you can do you're reaching out for help that's awesome..one day at a time as we release the trauma and drama that was never ours and be more free to be out true selves ..yes here's to healing cheers I'm all for that lol :P
