hello everyone!

I'm a new member and relatively new to talking about my abuse (specifically, incest) out loud. Over the past 2 years, I talked about the abuse for the first time, went to treatment with a therapist who specialized in sexual trauma and told my family about the abuse, which included confronting my perpetrator. It's been a long road so far and it's only the beginning. I am excited to find support in this group and be a support for others.
