Hi everyone i am a new member here. It was suggested by my therapist that i find an online forum for survivors of incestual abuse so i can see how they cope and heal. I'm 1 year and 4 months into my recovery.

I have tried in person support groups but i didn't last long because i didn't like the other members seeing my face and hearing my story. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel like i was on display. So here i am, doing this faceless and anonymously. I hope this method will be easier for me.

Thank you to those who made this forum. It's comforting to know i am not alone.
