Hello,

I just joined here and thought I would introduce myself. I am a survivor of many years of childhood abuse, currently trying to figure out what to do with my life. I feel overwhelmed and numb pretty much all the time right now. Just living is difficult. It feels as though just about everything is triggering for me. Joining this forum is basically just a healthy step in my life. I'm trying to do just a little bit at a time.

Im a newbie too!! and joined for the same reasons as you. I feel the numbness and difficulty just getting by, I understand it. I have been welcomed with open arms so I hope that for you too.
