I am frightened to share

Nobody knows anything other than my therapist
She was the one who suggested that i find a place to share my story.
I am terrified yet something deep inside of me is yearning to be heard..
My username is "owls" and that says alot about my reality and my day to day way of coping.
Owls stay awake all night long.. they watch and observe but are NEVER apart of anything. Inside of me there are many owls, each one holding onto something..each with their own secrets.
I am not in touch with all the owl parts.
I know they hold horrors that are too unbearable to imagine possible. They involve terrible abuse ..
