Re: New member
Do you mean the NT, MT, ST system? They are to reflect the possible trigger rating of a post for other readers: most severe being red (ST - severe trigger), (MT - medium trigger ) & green meaning No Trigger. It's to help us navigate thru what posts to read, or avoid, dependant on how we might be feeling in ourselves.
Hope that makes sense and answers your question?
Warmly,
Jitterbug
P.S Don't worry if you're not quite sure how to rate your own posts at first. The moderators will always change a rating if they need to.

Re: New member
Thanks, Jitterbug!
SJ0691,
If you are speaking of the colored circles on each post, those are the trigger indicators. They help let other members know if there may be/is triggering content in any given post. A description of the indicators, as well as a basic guidelines on how to use them is located in the Forum Guidelines that were emailed to you, and I will also post a link here:
https://isurvive.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2887
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Oh, and - welcome to isurvive.
