Treatment For Vaginismus

Has anyone here looked into holistic treatments for vaginismus?

I am thinking of a natural stone or glass wand but am not sure what is the healthiest stone for vaginismus. I am having a hard time finding answers online. I believe that stones carry energies and qualities. I am trying to find the one that is the most healing.

I have considered a jade egg but that is much too advanced. I need starter stuff.

Otherwise, I have easily found pelvic floor exercises that help. I am looking for recommendations of sanitary 100% natural wands.
